The 2910 module is an interface designed to communicate internally with certain modules via a system bus. When a keyboard (or any CV source such as a sequencer, etc.) is connected to section 1 or section 2, the corresponding system buses can be used to route signals internally to VCOs and VCFs.
The module also features a MIDI-to-CV interface, allowing the modular system to be controlled via a MIDI controller. The resulting CV, Gate, and Trigger signals are routed directly to section 2. In addition, dedicated outputs for Clock Out, Aftertouch, Modwheel, and Velocity are provided. The pitch-bend signal is directly integrated into the CV signal.
